How to share your server stats with ClanStop and turn on global bans
A cheater banned on your server just joins the next one. Here's how RCON Hub lists your server on ClanStop, shares stats and turns on global bans.
You ban a cheater, and ten minutes later they're wrecking someone else's server, while your own community stays invisible to every player looking for a good place to play. A game's own ban stops at one server, and nobody outside your Discord sees how active or fair your server is. A game is only as good as its community. RCON Hub and ClanStop protect that community across servers: you list your server, share player stats, ban in every game at once, and enforce ClanStop global bans so a clear cheat caught on one server keeps that player off the rest.
Why one server's ban isn't enough
Cheaters don't stay put. Banned on one server, they hop to the next. Every owner fights the same player alone.
Good servers have the opposite problem. You run fair rounds with active admins, but new players can't tell you apart from an empty, unmoderated server.
So a community splits into islands, each catching its own cheaters alone.
What the game and other tools leave out
- Bans stop at one server. A game's ban covers the server it was typed on. RCON Hub's Ban in all games bans one Steam64 id on every server of every game you run, and each game says where it couldn't.
- Ban lists stay per server. Plain RCON tools and hosting panels keep a ban on the server it came from. ClanStop global bans carry a confirmed cheat to every server that enforces them, in every game where ClanStop can identify the person.
- No evidence check. A shared ban list trusts whoever added the name. ClanStop re-runs its own rules on data your server already sent before any ban goes global, and server owners can't make a ban global themselves.
- No public stats page. The game keeps its stats in logs. A listed server gets Your server's stats page on ClanStop, with leaderboards, player stats and who's online.
How RCON Hub fixes it
RCON Hub's game packs already read your servers' players and sessions. The hub's ClanStop page turns that into choices for each server: list it, share player stats, or both.
Bans work on two levels. The hub's Bans page is yours: ban someone in every game at once, and lift it the same way. Fair-Fight (ClanStop global bans) is shared: a rule match kicks the player from your server right away, ClanStop checks the report, and only then bans them on every enforcing server.
Step-by-step setup
- Install RCON Hub. Download it from rconhub.gg and run the installer. It's free for Windows 10 and 11.
- Add your game packs. On Your games, click Add game, pick your game and click Install.
- Add your servers. Open each game and add its servers on the Servers page, on this PC or rented.
- Open the ClanStop page. In the hub's left menu, under Manage, click ClanStop. Each game that's open lists its servers.
- List the server. Tick List this server on ClanStop. Under Where is the server?, pick a region. Add One line about your server if you like. Show the join address in ClanStop's server list is optional and shown publicly.
- Share player stats. Tick Share player stats with ClanStop. Players can then see their stats on ClanStop and claim their profile by signing in with Steam. Check What's shared and Never shared before you click Save.
- Find your stats page. Once ClanStop has your listing, Your server's stats page appears on the server's card. Click Copy link and post it in your Discord.
- Ban in all games. Under Manage, click Bans, then Ban in all games. Enter the Steam64 id, or search a player your games have seen. Add a reason and pick How long, then confirm. Lift undoes it everywhere.
- Enforce global bans. On the ClanStop page, a server shows Global bans: not enforced and a link such as Change in Rust's ClanStop settings. In that game's ClanStop settings, under Fair-Fight (ClanStop global bans), tick Enforce ClanStop global bans. Keep Report rule matches from this server on, then click Save Fair-Fight.
Step 9 needs step 6 first, because ClanStop checks every report against the player data your server sent. An optional Wall of Shame Discord webhook posts global bans that started on your server.
Is it safe?
Yes.
- It runs locally. RCON Hub runs on your own Windows PC, and it never creates a ClanStop account for you.
- Off until you turn it on. Sharing is chosen per server, and you can turn it off again at any time.
- Private stays private. IP addresses, staff notes, chat, RCON passwords, settings and staff accounts are never shared. Player ids stay private, and ClanStop's pages show names only.
- Clear cheats only. Global ban rules only catch what the game makes impossible without cheating. Good aim or a high K/D never cause one, and every rule stays off until it's been checked on a live server.
- A kick first, a ban after the check. A wrong match costs a kick on one server. ClanStop re-checks the evidence, sends borderline cases to its staff, and keeps a proof record for every ban.
- No injection. RCON Hub never touches the game client or your players' games, so it won't get anyone banned by anti-cheat.
It's beta software. Back up your server's settings and data before you change things.
Protect your community, not just your server
One server can't stop a cheater who keeps moving. A community can. Download RCON Hub, list your servers on ClanStop and turn on global bans. Ban appeals and questions go to ClanStop's Discord.
